Out of service immediately and stranded
When you need it, it probably matters to you that it works. The circuit/relay is defective and will not transfer charge from the battery to the vehicle battery. If you've already bought it, throw it away. If not, try something else. Don't get confused. The wiring harness for this purpose should be simple and secure.
