Review on Tier1 Replacement Frigidaire PureSource2 Refrigerator by Valerie Petty

The water filter is neat and fits my Electrolux. The old filter was marked "1004-42-FA" so I came across this as a replacement. You will need some patience for the installation. If it doesn't work, don't use force. Flip it and try something different. The ice/water will be black for the first few hours. Let it run until it's clear, drop the black/grey ice cream and you'll be fine. The only downside is that it didn't match my silver front panel. The white front panel that comes with the kit doesn't match my fridge. So now the filter is open. I don't think everything will work out.
