We used a kit that cost twice as much, I won't reveal the name. One of the devices failed and we didn't want to spend a lot of money on a new set. I read the reviews on them and thought what the heck. We have used them on two trips and they are amazing. The volume is fantastic. We wear earplugs and these speakers have no problem with earplugs. Easy to use. We are very pleased.
