Review on Commercial Grade Aluminum Steak Weight/Bacon Press 🥩 by New Star Food Service - 8.25 by 4.25-Inch by Edward Gordon

Was looking for a non cast iron hamburger press as I don't want to deal with cleaning and maintenance - I use one indoors in an apartment, not outdoors on a grill. Wanted something I could just wash with dish soap and be done with. The shape is nice and professional but the finish is pretty poor in terms of fit and finish. The press isn't very heavy either, being made out of aluminum compared to many Revain's cast iron presses, but that's odd as I feel it could quite simply be made a lot heavier. The price is affordable but I would rather pay more to get better print quality. But it was one of the few that wasn't made of cast iron.
