Bad product in power converters

The manufacturer's wattage has failed. The relay contacts are rated at 1500 watts at 24 VDC to provide the same 62.5 amp current rating. Strange! It is advertised as a relay with delay relay applications. That is no! Touch input is not included. This product is ONLY a programmable ON/OFF switch with manual start. I had to search long and hard for an owner's manual written by someone with less than elementary education. One would think that an electronics manufacturer would hire at least one engineer with reasonable instruction writing skills to create a useful manual.
