I just tested this on a Lenovo T490 with Windows 10. LAN, PD HDMI and VGA work fine, but both video outputs are identified as a single video output in Windows, so they mirror each other instead of showing something different on each screen. Dual video output is capped at the maximum native resolution of any monitor OR I assume VGA output is capped at 1920x1200. I've had it for over a year now and it's done very well, but Windows 7 doesn't support video, network card and possibly other features.
