Review on ๐Ÿ•’ Time-Released 5-HTP 100mg Tablets - 250 Count by Russell Hodzic

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Small tablets, slow release. Mg per $ seems good value for money

I have fibrosis and have read that 5-HTP can help relieve some of the stubborn body aches I suffer from on a daily basis . I roll over 'cause I'm in pain so roll over to the other side all night wakes up easily most of the time each time. I prefer 9 hours of sleep and I often get that if I go to bed early enough before work the next day. The way I toss and turn hasn't really changed, and I really didn't expect my sleep to change much. Dosing of standard 5-HTP 3 every day. Morning, noon, evening 100 mg. I did notice the pain lessening a bit but wanted to try these slow release pills to see if they helped me deeper. Still doing 100mg 3 times a day and I found myself becoming less irritable and moody. (Constant pain in everything, all day, changes a person every day, trust me.) My pain is still there, but there are less sharp edges and softer layers that help remind me to relax and drop my tense shoulders away from my ears or stop squeaking. . my teeth. This is my first month of slow release and I will continue to monitor my progress. It was an interesting journey. Will update again.

Pros
  • 5-HTP
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors
