Review on Telematical by Klassic Duncan

The staff is extremely friendly as well knowledgeable of their products! We have used them in other areas (such as sales) but were unable for this specific area due because we are using an entire different system that they do not support with our software/hardware set up - which leads into another issue....they charge us more than anyone else I've worked wih before. They also changed from being able tp add multiple email addresses under one account at no time so if someone changes phone numbers or emails it's hard getting updated throughout all accounts!! Don't use telemercial unless there nothing better out there available. !
