At first I didn't think it would work because the rails were wider than the original seat. After taking my large channel locking pliers and gently squeezing the rails they moved in far enough. They are spring loaded so you don't have to worry. Anyway, I'm much more comfortable on my 65-year-old butt. The original seat was made for a very athletic 35 year old and was too heavy for me and my wife. This place is a steal at about $23 or so what I paid. Just keep in mind that you may need to adjust the guides in (or out) a bit, and this is easy to do.
