This has been a great investment thus far. Living in the northeast the winters can be brutal and it is nice to be able to have the option to grill indoors and still enjoy our favorite dishes. So far we have grilled salmon, steak, chicken, and burgers. It seems to heat evenly and cooks well overall. (I did notice that when we cooked the steak and burgers it seemed like there was a lot of smoke in our kitchen, though this could be due to poor ventilation in our kitchen.) We also used the griddle to make pancakes, eggs, chicken bacon, and Italian sausages. Breakfast was delicious and all of our meals have tasted great. I highly recommend this product! (Safety! - Please note this product does get extremely hot and you need to take great care when operating it and especially be careful with any nearby small children and or pets.)
