Wow, my garage could be dry!
Holds up well. We have had a couple of heavy rains since installation and it has kept the garage completely dry. (As you can see in the attached image, we had a flat ledge behind the garage door as we were planning on closing it. But it never happened.) My only regret is that I didn't find that a few years ago.
