Review on 🔒 Front Left Door Lock Actuator K0003L for Volkswagen Beetle Jetta Golf GTI Passat (Replaces VW 3B1837015AS, 3B1837015AK, 3B1837015J; 931-500) by James Mangum

I installed this latch on a new 2006 Beetle Convertible. It worked well. It annoys me that the product photos do not match what was sent. The differences were small but still there. In this case it didn't matter. Update: FYI, the latch doesn't behave well with the alarm system installed by my dealer (Karr). When I open the door with the button on the key fob, everything works. But when I open the door with the key, the alarm goes off. I usually open the door with a key fob so I don't lose anything. I may feel different if the key fob battery is dead.
