Nice but not very durable. Good after-sale service
Good wooden base and pole. But the slats that hold the yarn are as thin as tongue clips and are held together with yarn and a rivet. One of the arms was split where they had drilled a hole and it split like a branch when I first used it. If they use wood for planks, it must be very hard. If the bars were metal and everything else was the same, this would be a really good product. UPDATE: I'm adding a star to this review for customer service. While I stand by my assessment that the slats need to be much stronger, I was impressed by this
