Review on Kitchen machine Kenwood Cooking Chef XL KCL95.004SI by Micha Pirecki ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The quality is at the highest level, be sure to try it.

First I studied analogues. Either the power is not the same, or the nozzles are not the same, or you just don’t like it, or there is no trust in the company. As a result, I realized that the soul lies precisely in kenwood. And I wanted, and pricked. Frankly, the price tag on kenwood is not the sweetest. I probably would have lived without him if I hadn’t stumbled upon a promotion from ambassadors. About a miracle, 3 nozzles came as a gift with a promo code to the new Cooking Chef XL. And then the agony of choosing an ambassador began. Everyone is different, everyone has their own specifics, their own approaches, their own directions, after all. I chose urgently, the subconscious said, "if you choose for a long time, you will fly past the action." And I decided. I ordered with the promo code thechefru (I chose it from the photo on Instagram, I liked it the most). I received 3 nozzles as a gift and a bunch of goodies in the form of master classes, lessons, recipes, life hacks. Who thinks - I recommend! Here and ice cream, and sweets, and bread, and soups. Mmmmm. Now I can consider myself the chef of our family))) By tips. I chose the grinder. Because it was not in my arsenal. What is good - the machine itself gives power, so there is no fear that it will burn out, overheat; does not flow, the juice from the meat does not enter the motor, etc. (as happens with conventional electric meat grinders). Combine. Very versatile nozzle. I brought all the graters to the country. And chose a set for pasta. This is generally a thing! Mixed, rolled, cut, welded. It takes about 20 minutes for everything, but this is your own pasta! Fresh! Nothing compares! And the nozzles themselves are cast - they have a pleasant heaviness in the hand. Solid pluses: - bread kneads, spreads. There is no more store-bought bread in our house. - grinds flour - porridge / soup / condensed milk / jam cooks himself. You don't even need to interfere. The machine will do it! - grinds / cuts / shreds / rubs makes sauces. We forgot about store-bought mayonnaise! - rolls and cuts pasta - chocolate melts and tempers - whips the meringue in a couple of minutes - cooks for a couple - custard dough makes And many, many more. It's easier to say what this car does NOT do))))

Pros
  • Everything!
Cons
  • Perhaps I would note two minuses. 1) Price. Too expensive without the frills. Especially if you don’t know what awaits you, if you just look at pictures on the Internet and have never touched it live. 2) Lack of backlight. In another model, this option is, sometimes it is very lacking.
