First I would like to thank Revain's customer service for what they were able to do I think. Although they cannot contact the seller themselves to request a replacement, I am writing a review here. To be honest, when he works properly, he does his job well. The thing is that most of the time it fails to connect to my devices and often just sits there until I need to "reboot" it. Waste of time and extremely inconvenient for those who want to use this on the go with the ath-m50x. I made sure it was fully charged. When it's on it doesn't always go into pairing mode, and if it's in pairing mode, for some reason this device can't connect to my MacBook Pro (and no, my computer isn't broken) and my phone . Right now it's just a solid blue light and I can't even turn it off. Of course I have to plug it back into a power source via USB to "reset" it, but the thing is, this product is $50, you can't just expect people to buy a micro USB cable (and something to connect). at any time, especially if it is a Bluetooth device. I literally have no choice with these headphones (I have an iPhone 7 so I can't use cables)
