Too bad there isn't a better alternative.

That's all on the list but unfortunately you get more than you expect. Good: Sounds decent when it works. Poor: Battery life is poor, around 5 hours, could be longer due to other limitations. .The build quality is very cheap, it feels like it was made from leftover table tennis balls in a Chinese factory. (as far as I know it can be) the connection is VERY unreliable, half the time it starts playing through the voice headset setup and sounds like a phone and almost the other half just doesn't…

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • May cause injury

First I would like to thank Revain's customer service for what they were able to do I think. Although they cannot contact the seller themselves to request a replacement, I am writing a review here. To be honest, when he works properly, he does his job well. The thing is that most of the time it fails to connect to my devices and often just sits there until I need to "reboot" it. Waste of time and extremely inconvenient for those who want to use this on the go with the ath-m50x. I made sure it…

They fit perfectly and have a physical switch which is always a major bonus. Pairing with my Note 8 was very easy and quick. However, that is where my praise ends. Initially, the keys feel soft and I had a hard time knowing if I had pressed them or not. The location also seemed a little out of the way, but that was something I could get used to. What I couldn't get used to was the screeching sound they made when turned on. In my experience, a Bluetooth device will emit a little bit of static…

Overview only for Bluetooth adapter! Short battery life.

This review is for the bluetooth adapter only as the headphones get 5 stars every day. A Bluetooth adapter is fine depending on what you plan to use it for. The battery only lasts 4-5 hours, so not for a full hour of work. However, if you're only going to wear the headphones to the gym for a couple of hours and then want to charge them every day or two, they're great for that purpose. The sound isn't as fantastic as a wired one, but which Bluetooth adapter? I would recommend this with a…

Good but could be better

I want to love this product but it just needs a little work. Pros: Pairing works well and integrates with the headphones at a good distance so you don't even notice when wearing them, they boost overall bass and noise levels a bit. The sound quality is good. Cons: The biggest downside is that the battery life feels short. I just want it to last 8 hours so it lasts a full workday. Feels a bit pricey, it can be difficult to find the buttons when wearing headphones. I like this product but I think

Static is the best bluetooth network adapter

I'm so desperate to love this thing. I love my ATH-M50X and being able to use it wirelessly is a definite life improvement, but this adapter isn't worth the price. When turned on without music, there are unpleasant static noises, with the music on they are much less noticeable, but still there. It also seems to have a solid connection with no dropouts, and I really like how small the footprint is when I plug it into my headphones, but I use the cable more often than the Bluetooth adapter due to

Update 2: Customer service has replaced the device. Update: The battery burned out. Holds a charge for about an hour. If I turn it off, it loses all charge. Pros: - good sound quality - excellent range - loud enough - easy controls. Cons: - It's not easy to change the connected device. If it is paired with two devices, A and B, and connected to A, it will not disconnect when B tries to connect. It's annoying because the range is so good. When I turn on the headphones and try to connect my…

Connection issues

This is a product that I love because I love my ATH M50X headphones so much. When this adapter works, everything is pretty good, but sometimes the connection can be a real bug. I've found that there are times when it just won't go into pairing mode, and after much internet searching it seems like the only viable solution would be to plug it into a micro USB charger to power the Bluetooth -Reset memory. ', which allows it to go into pairing mode when not connected. While this is an easy fix…

UPDATE 7/10/18! I should have updated this review sooner - I returned this unit because it ran out of charge within the return window. Great idea, bad execution. Next time I will try dedicated WiFi. [BAL-M50X] While browsing the Amazon website, I came across this Bluetooth adapter for my favorite wired headphones, the ATH-M50X. I bought it on impulse and ignoring my skepticism about the sound quality (wired or Bluetooth). Received my adapter yesterday and charged it for about an hour, then…
