You get what you pay for. Welded brackets are offset by 2-4 mm and therefore have a large gap when mounting levers. You will need to fill the gap with several washers (not included). The brackets that attach to the factory lever are snug and suffice at 36.XXmm, no shims needed there. Can you get this to work? Of course anything can be made to work with enough time and patience, but I would save money and buy a better device.
