Contrary to the above, I don't see where on the product it says the hi-low rocker is on the product unless the Description was changed . This light is very well made, easy to install, bright enough and has a comfortable temperature of 3000K in the kitchen (compared to 2700). You can add a wall switch dimmer specifically recommended for this fixture to eliminate hum etc (I didn't install it). This is a huge improvement over the fluorescent lights I had. A bit pricey but the quality is there. As a side note, it diffuses the LED light well so you don't see individual light sources as reflections on the countertop. Very satisfied.
