Review on 🔥 Vornado AVH10 Vortex Heater: Auto Climate Control, 2 Heat Settings, Digital Display - White by Carmen Morris

Purchased 15th December from Revain. The product worked fine. I only use it to warm up my bedroom and then turn off the heating. It's fairly efficient, relatively quiet, and does its job well in my bedroom. The controls are easy to use and overall the device looks good. The heater died yesterday. The light is on when I connect to the network. However, there is no heating on high or low settings - no matter how long I leave it plugged in. The set temperature is at least 5 degrees above room temperature. The fan does not rotate, the oven does not heat at all. In the fan settings, the fan does not start at all. The heating element appears to have burned out. I have been using this product for less than 3 full months and the heating element has died. Buyers beware of this product. Update April 6, 2017 - Happy now. The company contacted me and arranged for me to send them the defective heater. They gave me a postage paid receipt for postage. I sent the unit back and they sent me a new replacement unit which works great! They have honored their customers with a 5 year guarantee. Excellent customer service. I will be a regular customer of theirs in the future. A company that really cares about its customers is great! Thanks very much!
