I bought them to give to the audience of the concert in the great hall. The necklaces were very bright despite being blue, which is often a problem (some glowstick colors appear brighter than others). The straps that came with it were also noticeably lighter, thicker, and stronger than other brand's straps that someone else had brought along. None of them broke or spilled liquid like other varieties I've seen, and I encountered no unexploded objects. The protective packaging was very durable and of high quality, so nothing was wrinkled during transport. Make sure you don't attach the connectors to the wristbands until you're ready to distribute them, as some of them may become partially activated if you do. The necklaces are quite long and can be a bit bulky for small adults or children; but some of our visitors just wore them like a crown and it was just as cool. *Almost* 5 stars, but the description of the burn time is a bit exaggerated, so my bar was a little unrealistically high. They were at their peak brightness for about 2.5 hours, then began to fade and became quite dim after 5 hours; although I'm told they gave off some glow for almost if not up to the advertised 12-14 hours. You certainly get a bright burn time, which should be enough for the vast majority of events, but other than that they were a complete success. I would definitely buy them again for another occasion and recommend them to others for theirs.
