It's easy to use and deploy. The Customer Success Team provides support for any issues you might have. I would like to be able to filter by product category in order to drill down into specific products within an SKU group. And, perhaps even be able to pull products by size categories. Currently we can only drill down on SKUs that are within a particular store. Our clients are interested in being able to see which stores are the top performers in terms of top-line dollars. The ease of use for both new users as well as experienced users. It runs smoothly in all browsers without any issues or crashes. I have used it with my team at work and we are able to pull data from our store's POS system and then analyze that information using kepler analytics so we can make adjustments to improve performance. We've been able to track multiple KPIs throughout the day and see how they're trending over time which gives us an idea if there are areas where we need improvement.
