On a March 2020 trip to the store, I was surprised to find that they were completely out of jugs of distilled water that I need for my CPAP machine. Checking around I found that it had all been snatched up like so many other products. No more worries now that I have purchased this machine. It is easy to use, a little noisy but not too bad and in about 5 hours, I have enough distilled water to last quite a while. But I think I also will use it for drinking and making tea. The water is very fresh and clean. A few tips: don't plan on using/drinking the first batch of water you make and it does let off steam so take care where you locate it during the process.
