Saves a lot of time cleaning up spilled ingredients
Prior to this purchase, I refilled my container with kosher salt about every month, believing that if I watered carefully there would be no accidental spills. Every time was. I must have been an optimist with my salt throwing skills. However, there are no spills with these large, durable hoppers. A decent deal every time.
