The capability of reporting tool, its ability to integrate with all 3rd party application like Salesforce etc., It provides good support to develop your own custom reports as well. The UI/UX could be more improved by adding some new features such as drill down capabilities or even better integration with SSO applications like ADFS / ACS. Also would love if there was an option to add fields in the report editor after you have created it which otherwise one has to go back and edit each page again. We are using this product across our orgs mainly outbound campaigns with multiple channels (Email, SMS). This helps us track overall campaign performance at group level.It allows me to see what channel performed best against a certain goal i set.
