I have a Schwinn IC4 spin type bike, and I have to have a cushioned seat cover. My favorite one is similar to this one, and I wanted another one so I could swap them out when I want to wash them. This one fits great, there is a small Velcro tab in the back of the seat so you can fit it over your bike seat. At first I didn't think it was Velcro and thought it wasn't going to fit, it was that nice and unnoticeable! The cushion is firm, it is not squishy and soft. I've had the soft ones, and until I felt a firm cushion like this, I thought that was okay, but it isn't that great. I like this firm, more solid cushion. I like how there are ergonomic cut-outs in the seat for your body's comfort, it is really helpful. The fabric of the seat cover can stick to some of my workout bottoms, depending on the material, but it's not a big deal. The cushion stays put, I don't notice any movement. It is easy to wash in the washing machine, I just put it into a lingerie bag and hang it to dry. This seat cushion comes with a shower cap type cover. That can be useful for both spin bikes and regular bikes.
