Now I'm no spring chicken and I've owned many a set of pots and pans, but I'm here to tell you this frying pan is without a doubt the best one I've ever used! First off it's a nice heavy weight (winner!) With a wide comfortable handle that didn't hurt my arthritic hands. how lovely is that! I bought this frying pan specifically for my induction cook top and it's perfect. Nice thick flat magnetic bottom that heated up in no time flat. I did put this "non stick" skillet to the heat test because so many say they are non stick but end up to be big disappointments because you can only use them on low to medium heat effectively. This skillet passed the high heat test with flying colors! I cooked French Toast on a tempature of 464 degrees with absolutely no sticking of any kind using NO butter, oil, Pam cooking spray or anything. just a clean bare pan. Amazing 👏 I thought while writing this review, well my pan Is still out so I'll cook something that always sticks, and I'll cook it without any oil or butter or anything, then I can really give an honest to goodness review. So I fried an egg! DRY, lol. It didn't stick! Ok, I'm not kidding when I say this is THE BEST frying pan ever. It really is. I got this on sale for a ridiculously low price but I am without a doubt going to buy more in their cookware line. And you know what else? It wiped clean with a paper towel! Come on now 💜 I bought my induction cooktop and this frying pan to use in my RV, but the frying pan is multipurpose for all cooktops. Get one! You won't regret it.
