Review on 🐶 RUFFWEAR, Flat Out Dog Collar (Formerly Hoopie), Webbing Collar: Ideal for Walking and Everyday Use by Liz West

The collar was delivered 2 days ago and that is rubbish. First, the collar was in the original packaging but stretched to its full length. I found it weird as it was wrapped around the box multiple times. As I trimmed the collar, I noticed what I thought were two "dimples" in the material. I thought it was because the collar had been wrapped around the box so many times. After 24 hours of wearing, the collar started to loosen. The "cavities" were actually two small cuts in the material. I was hoping the collar would still be ok. It's been 48 hours and the collar is garbage. The two small cuts have grown much larger and I no longer feel the collar is secure. Very disappointing.
