Everything started great. The fluffy rag works great on my desk and in tight nooks and crannies. I have a problem with the adjustable bar. It has a twist lock that doesn't work very well in any position. Fully trimmed and twisted to snap into place and opens easily. And just the opposite. Pull the rod out fully, tighten the twist lock and wipe the high shelf or ceiling fan, and it will unlock and the rod will fall and shorten. Rather annoying. However, there was a more serious problem: I dust once a week, and after a few uses, the handle broke off. A fluffy rag and a microfiber cloth work great. The Pole, on the other hand, is a big disappointment.
