For what they are, these rags are great.

I read about cleaning today after a long time. The one on a stick collects dust very well and continues to work even when it seems dirty. I don't think it needed cleaning and it's not meant to last forever. I think it would be better if the company offered a replacement for a single duster head rather than buying the whole set again, but I will buy the set again because the product does its job perfectly.

Duster is fine. Paul terrible.

Everything started great. The fluffy rag works great on my desk and in tight nooks and crannies. I have a problem with the adjustable bar. It has a twist lock that doesn't work very well in any position. Fully trimmed and twisted to snap into place and opens easily. And just the opposite. Pull the rod out fully, tighten the twist lock and wipe the high shelf or ceiling fan, and it will unlock and the rod will fall and shorten. Rather annoying. Makes cleaning of ceiling fan blades easier

This article was unfortunately delivered damaged. I chose this dust removal tool because I thought it was well made. It is well made but something very heavy damaged this item and the shipping box. The stand is made of durable metal. I preferred it to poles designed like TV antennas (yes I'm that old) because I find that design flimsy and flawed. Handle and mounting connector are riveted to the pole. A flat lobe bends easily, but will hold the shape you specify. Since mine was damaged, I can't…

This is a righteous feather duster! It not only scatters dust, it picks it up.

Complaint to the company: I would give this 10 stars if the replacement hook fits both parts. As you can see in pics 1, 2 and 3 the fluffy rag is not screwed on properly causing the hook to not screw in properly. It doesn't matter much, but the hook needs to be hung up after washing. Photo 4 shows that it is suitable for a thin rag under the sofa. I don't want to send it back because it hurts so much. Rating: This is a righteous feather duster!
