Launch has developed a very complicated process to update the reader. First you need to find the right website. You then have to go to a non-intuitive website to find the right product and download the right update app. You then need to register to receive a registration code (presumably your registration password). You then start the update application by entering your product serial number (on the back) and your registration code. It didn't work except for me. I just get an error saying my code can't be found. All of this is VERY complicated and unreliable. I have sent a message to customer service but have not received a response in the last few days.
