I really like that it is not just one of those programs you use for free, but actually gives me insight into how my customer's are using their website or application! The best part about this software solution has to be its intuitive design & ease in which any user can pick up right away with no training required. This program could benefit from adding more features such as analytics on what pages users tend to spend most time at when they browse through our site/applicaiton so we know where improvements need to go next for better results (conversion rate). Our organization uses M-Pathy because there was nothing out there quite similar enough to give us insights regarding usage patterns across multiple sites within an app portfolio. We were able to find some discrepancies between various tools used by different departments internally throughout our brand while also giving everyone access to see exactly who does what online.
