They will not fit the 2016 RAV4.
It is actually not a finished product, at least not the front ones. They will look absolutely nothing like they come. With a major modification I mounted them but they didn't last. Luckily I still had the black bottom part from Toyota and only the silver top part was missing and I was able to modify it to fit. It looks fine now, but be prepared to spend a few hours modifying it to suit you, provided you have the tools and ability to get it working. Tested on RAV4 2016
