Great to keep it from dripping out of the grease gun. And if you have several of the same grease guns - I only have one so far - it helps a lot to tell them apart. I am happy with them and if I get more grease guns I will buy more to use. The shoe was easy to put on, but I've had no trouble holding it on so far, and the only issue with the tip cap is that it doesn't move when the gun is in use (although it's light enough, I haven't get close). in order not to lose). If you think you need a set of these, you're probably right and this is a great choice.
