I like these for cycling

I find them very useful for my bike which I ride around town with shoes on. I love how they keep my shoes on the pedals and not slipping. I tend to take off without thinking and sometimes find myself on slippery trails or in a thong. These pedals help. I mean, they're really good for straight uphill, ten miles one way and ten miles the other way.
