I bought the right and left units and a used freezer door as the one on my Dometic fridge broke a long time ago and the previous owner solved it with a piece of PVC pipe . In any case, for mounting on the Dometic I only had to cut off small triangles with a copy saw, which made the hinge surface flat like the Dometic version. Another modification was to deepen the holes in the side panel. Insulation since they are about 1/2" longer than the Dometic I manually used a 3/4" drill bit and just ripped out some more insulation at the hinge. However, they worked great and it literally saved my arm and leg as Dometic charges about $60 a piece or more for parts already included in this build.
