The product did not cause delight, but you can use it.

The chair is cool - a solid five, the manufacturer's customer focus is terrible, it simply does not exist, I do not recommend Metta to anyone. Has pros: Nice, comfortable chair. I tried many different chairs, even from the same company, but I like the mesh the most, the rest are simply not for me. It looks good, not bulky, like my past chairs of the "bureaucrat" type. And generally pleasant to the touch. I thought the handles were completely plastic, but they only look like that. From above they are soft, like rubber. Different cons: The following is specifically about a chair released after 09/23/2022. 1. Instruction and assembly. The instructions in the kit come from the previous model. If you collect on it, then nothing will work. I called the manufacturer, they didn’t say anything either, the head of production was not already in place, they said to call on Monday, and it was Friday in the yard. Those. I had to leave the chair unassembled and watch this case all weekend. I asked to resolve this issue somehow quickly, they promised to call back in 5 minutes. They didn't call back. And they didn't even call back on Monday. As a result, I found another separate page (and the paperwork with this chair goes well), which revealed the secrets of assembling a new model. Everything worked out, but there were still a lot of washers, nuts and one bolt left. This is weird. 2. Pouch on the back for keys. Or rather, its absence. The photos on the manufacturer's website clearly show this bag. I called the manufacturer, told about the situation, to which I received an answer that they would call me back tomorrow. As a result, they did not call back either tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. I called myself a couple of days later, asked to solve this issue, they sent me to the store where I bought it (this store is listed on the manufacturer's website for my city). I called them, they received the same go-ahead from the manufacturer that there is no bag and will not be. An unpleasant surprise when you buy a product with a high enough price, but in the end it turns out that it is not the same as what you saw in the photos. The unwillingness to somehow solve this issue at all, shifting the responsibility of the manufacturer to the store (although these are exactly such photos on the manufacturer’s website), and those two times that I never got a call back discourage the desire to contact this manufacturer at all. If they changed the design of the chair, they could call it a different model and not confuse buyers.
