It worked amazingly...once. And only once. After that never again. Tried again and again, but without success. There is no sync button on the product so I have no idea what it does. My PS5 says headphones are connected so the Bluetooth adapter is recognized, but the adapter is not syncing with my Air Pod Max headphones. When it first worked it was amazing, the sound was crystal clear and my friends could hear my voice better than ever. I have no idea why after the first time he decided never to work again. Maybe you're luckier than me. I returned it.
