Hello breads! I am very happy to publish this review. I bought this bread a few weeks ago and am delighted with its performance. The handle is made of wood and the handle is made of solid stainless steel, durable and well balanced. As a professional chef, I simply cannot hold a cheap tool in my hands (knife, pen, screwdriver, etc.). This model is well made, well balanced and easy to use (my 15 year old loves it!). The device comes with 10 Dorco stainless steel blades. For those of you who are quality conscious, these blades are NO JOKE.
