The product was packaged well and looked good enough and I was like 'wow that was a good deal!'. Then I plugged it in and followed the instructions to install the drivers and found that the device was defective. It couldn't read any of the discs I tried to use. I tried the same discs in another DVD drive and they worked great. This device was noisy and did not work properly. The USB cable was connected cheaply. Not interested in replacement. Don't waste money.
