Yes, my wife and kids thought it was cute when they first saw it. The problem, however, is that the string is thin, very elastic and loses elasticity over time. As the cord lost its elasticity and the ball sank deeper and deeper into my wife's windshield, her SUV kept stopping in my garage. We don't have much free space so we bought it. One day I noticed the garage door almost grazed her rear bumper by about 1/8 inch. We have a heavy steel garage door that may be badly damaged. Note to the manufacturer: Children love to hit the ball when there is no car around, which probably contributed to the loss of elasticity. It is better to attach a strong, less elastic string to the ball.
