Review on Car Tire Snow Chains - Premium Anti-Slip TPU Chains for SUV ATV Truck - Adjustable, Universal, Emergency Traction in Winter (Yellow) by Joseph Morris

I bought this set of TPU tire chains and not those from other sellers because it was pictured with a wrench for tightening hex head bolts. I planned on quickly tightening these chains with a ratchet wrench as the slotted tools used by other sellers are very cheap, fall apart and are difficult to tighten in cold weather. This set did NOT include the wrench and screws as shown; This is the same slotted tool and thin cheap metal rods as other vendors.
