Review on 📏 FastCap PSSR16 16 FastPad Standard Reverse Measuring Tape: Accurate and Efficient Measuring Tool by Dorian Bharadwaj

I want to love these straps but the quality of the strap doesn't seem to hold up. This is the second exact same cartridge I have - the first one just stopped working. This is my entry in the woodworking workshop in the garage. I absolutely LOVE the readings on the tape. I strive for precision, so when reading the tape I want to know which side of the 1/16 inch line to cut. That's why I love this band, but the quality of the mechanisms inside the band leaves something to be desired. My first only lasted a few months and now the locking button at the bottom of this band won't hold the band open. Not that I use this button, but it affects the overall quality of the product. I hope the damn things hold up. By the way, I also like to have a pencil sharpener on the band! If you're looking for contractor tape that can take a beating, my advice would be to just grab the FatMax and be done. Mine lasted over ten years. I also have a FastCap flat back, but it's rarely used because while the flat back is great, it's too flimsy to be useful.
