saved $150 without buying parts from a local store and $225 without buying from a dealer. Exact replacement for a 2007 Chevy Silverado WT, need to program software for it when found out that GM themselves have a software update for the same module and my mechanic says the update alone could solve my problem but he didn't know why GM it does not send out service bulletins/software updates only for security-related feedback to avoid legal action. Maintenance, they make money off motherfuckers! Since I got it for less than 90€, I installed it anyway, maybe it will last another 10 years without problems.
