Review on 🖨️ ESUN PLA 1.75mm 3D Printer Filament by Charles Galan

I LOVED this filament. When I received this pack of 4 rolls I was delighted, the colors are beautiful, deep and bright, they have a lovely shine and it was nice to see a Chinese company join the Masterspool initiative. But then I loaded the black and red rolls into the printers. This is where the problems started, I used the suggested average temperature of around 210C and they kept blocking. Then I started adjusting my extrusion ratios (my printers are set up to usually get me around 0.98-1 with PLA) and ended up at 0.90. Still having troubles so I started adjusting the pace. The labels and all the other info I looked at says 205°C-225°C (I print a lot of structural prototypes so I always try to get PLA at a higher temperature) but when I printed the bench, the Temperature observed and adjusted, I just keep going. decline. always on. Right now I'm lowering the temperature to 190C at a speed of 80mm/s to get at least a halfway decent print. And then I still get overextruded areas, so I started checking the filament diameter. Well the accuracy is 0.05mm and I got measurements from 1.66mm to 1.78mm. In summary, I've printed with many different filaments and got MUCH better results with the cheaper filament. If it was only 1 roll out of 4 I could be a little forgiving but I had this problem with 3 out of 4 and was afraid to open even the fourth roll. I will not buy this brand again.
