The product may be good, but the instructions are lacking. For example there is one piece, a long plastic pin with an OD thread that screws into the resin chamber when the kit comes from Revain. This pin is not shown in the instructions and is not mentioned in the text. If you try to use the resin chamber without removing the pin, the resin will not go into the windshield gap. Simply removing the stylus solves the problem, but the instructions should at least mention it and prompt the user to remove it. Another issue with instructions is the size of the images showing the different steps. They are quite small and you need a magnifying glass to see them really well. Paper is cheap and some people may not have a magnifying glass handy.
