I bought two of these headsets, one for me and one for my son. My son has no problems with the headset. He likes it and I gave him a 5000mah brick. For myself, I use a 10,000 mAh battery. The only thing that bothers me about the belt is the sharp edges. I am bald and when wearing a strap the corner rests against the back of my head causing discomfort almost immediately. I can usually adjust my ear and headset to work, but that's a bit annoying. Otherwise, the quality of the strap is good and perfectly balances the weight of the headset.
