This voltage converter is really powerful and can supply up to 2200W at 110V worldwide. I tested my hair dryer on 110v and 240v voltage and both worked very well. We also tested 2.4A, 110V and 240V USB outlets and both worked very well, never going below 5V so you can expect to charge your phone, external battery or other USB devices around the world very much fast charging. The adapter plugs also worked great. It can also be used as an extension cord with two outputs for the same voltage. The US step down outlet cannot be used in the US and only produces about 50v and the same if you use less than 25w power at 240v. The voltage drops and may be too low for proper use, although I was able to charge some gardening tools. In my test it only showed 70V (instead of 110V) at 20W. Devices with an electronic switch (e.g. coffee machines) may also not be used. But it is as described, and now the downside. Just wanted to let you know that the unit didn't get very hot in my tests and has decent passive ventilation, but the manual doesn't recommend using it in converter mode for more than 10 minutes. But usually this should be enough to dry with a hair dryer. I really like the US flag design on the 110V which makes it easy to remember and avoids confusing and destroying valuable electronics.
