Although these feel sturdy and the "Installed" reviews are high stars, you damn near need a professional to install these. There are no templates included, therefore how can one install? I consider myself a decent handyman, but boy are these difficult. If the Seller would include the template PDF, perhaps that would be the ticket to higher sales and successful installations.
