Pros: - price (compared to a reputable company that got some bad reviews about the durability of their mats) - storage (trifold design) - hardly moves (except for a few bad fat hits) , just put it on in my backyard - very similar hitting area (see pic, can be used at different lengths) - doesn't leave much (if any) marks on club heads - rough surface is decent, can sink a real ball a bit into it. (See pic, styrofoam ball, thrown ball and placed ball) It doesn't appear to have any "damage" after first use. shipping and understandably due to a worldwide pandemic) - first unpacking there was a chemical smell (probably glue) - residue (from glue?, see picture) is visible - hopefully this isn't a sign of poor durability - some of the rough grass doesn't seem to be fully bonded to be (yellow-brown culms, see picture) Things I will watch out for; Will the carpet be durable (especially here in the tropical heat) will the adhesive hold onto surfaces? Face durability with a tee, doesn't a big shot make a hole?
