I love the idea of battery powered LED Christmas lights with a remote control. I am not a bit disappointed with this product. I have used glow string as a replacement for lights in my Christmas tree houses. As you can see in the video, the lights are above the kitchen cabinets, making it difficult to apply power, turn on the timer, or turn it off and on manually. As long as I'm within sight of the controls, I can turn them on and off after six hours with the timer function, or turn them off at any time. This is exactly what I was looking for. I used 16 foot lights for four houses. One controller controls all the fixtures, so I only have one controller for the four lighting sets I bought.
